This isn't really on-topic but is still somewhat related, if we're looking for initiatives that are helping Yolngu through training and education programs. See attached flyer below which I picked up from Alcan during a meeting with them not long ago.

Fabian Litalita #2 is pictured on the front of the flyer operating a piece of machinery. When I saw Litalita recently, I was impressed with the changes in his life. He had been a heavy drinker previously but is now sober and going to work every day. One morning he was a bit impatient with his boss and asked me to drive him to work at 8 am! Which I was more than happy to do so.
