Does anyone else struggle to get an avatar/photo 6kb and 80x80 ?
This as small as I can get this photo before it goes "pear shape"!

Yes- it is a struggle and personally I wish 20 k was the upper limit sometimes. A quick save of your image in .gif dropped the file size to 5.56 . Other than that you got all your numbers perfect!

Hi Bindi,

Do you need your avatar to be bigger? Is it normal on phpBB forums to have bigger avatars? If so, let me know and I'll look into it.

Cheers,

Guan

It would be much easier if the max file size for avatars was limited to 20k instead, the pixel size itself it not usually a problem.
