 Post subject: Big Fish!

Here's a pic of Mangatjay Yunupingu with a big fish he caught at Galuru. Apparently it was so big and strong he had to spear it twice as it took off with the first spear still in it! Quite an impressive fish and one I thought worthy of posting here.

No, I'm afraid I wasn't there for that one. When I was at Galuru the sea was choppy and there weren't any fish visible, however the damper was good!

Lovely! Would have made a beaut meal I bet!

Mangatjay is a lovely man too with his feet planted firmly on the ground. He is training for AQIS - that's Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service - the last I heard.
