Hi I'm working in a student tv station in Finland and this was my first live show. My guest is Robin DeWanMy aim was to cover some basics about didge and for us to play some demonstrations. Main audience being people who don't know a lot about didges. click here to watch stream or go to http://www.oubs.fi/english/ohjelma/10970/ and click "katso" ( watch in finnish - some parts of the site don't translate proper )

Hi there,
I do not know who your guest is but regretably he is not really aware of authentic Aboriginal artwork.
Look at 11.28, he is holding a teak didge which has nothing to with the culture of true custodians of the didgeridoo, and he shows this as an example of an aboriginal didge. What an ignorance!

Well it's tv so.. We wanted to have some example of the art, authentic or imitation. And that didge was the only one with decorations in aboriginal style. Maybe we could have mentioned that it was not authentic but during live you just can't do everything.
Thank you for the feedback.
