Hi to everyone I'm writing all comunity to let you know about Performing and workshop of Master Djalu Gurruwiwi to the "Forlimpopoli Didjin'Oz - Didjeridoo, art, culture and Music from australia" that will be held in Italy on 9,10,11,12 of July 2009. will be with us toghether with Djalu also Dhopiya Yunupingu, Mirrwatnga Munyarryun, Terrance Gaypalani Gurruwiwi that will perform with him. But not only a show he will does also an amazing Traditional style Yidaki workshop that you shoudn't miss. Many artist from Europe will play to the Didjin'Oz festival like Ondrej Smeykal, Ansgar Stein, Ali Andress, Roman Buss, Alex Mayer, Andrea Ferroni, Paride Russo and myself Fiorino Fiorini. Will be also a Garma photografic Reportage by the photografer Alice Poli ( she was there with me working on Gaarma 2008 edition) So hope many people who have the passion will come and help to keep going with the festival... No, Guan's not coming this time Stockie. The original post says "thanks to Guan Lee" etc, not that he's coming in July. Guan was just informing us that Terrence is not joining them on this trip.

That's right, I won't be in Europe in July, but I will be in November. The 2 tours are different things and has been a source of confusion for some. The July trip is Jeremy's idea, I'm not sure why I'm given credit but maybe it is for Djalu's biography which I allowed to be used for promotional purposes. The November trip is the idea of the University of Udine in Italy which I was asked to help with. See you guys in November! Guan

Guan, If you come to the UK and need a place to crash in London, you can stay at my flat. You may be forced to sit up all night talking, but I'll ply you with beer so the pain will be some what lessened  Best Dan
