So whats a good video, or book that I may pickup to learn the techniques used to play these? I cant seem to get it down, and end up sounding like a child blowing through a paper towel roll!

I'm not sure if a book would be helpful. Do you know the straw-in-a-glass-of-water trick? This is good as far as teaching you the mechanics of circular breathing is concerned. Other than that, you might want to hook up with someone in your vicinity... I'm sure there's bound to be didj players where you are. What city ru in?

Probally one of the most important elements when it comes to playing a didgeridoo is that its playable. A majority of the Indonesan tourist didges are dead or poor players. Some of my friends have reworked them somewhat successfully. I learned on a tourist didge- what a difference! I prefer learning with other players. Here in San Diego we have a strong didge playing community.
