I have benefitted from Guans fund raising appeals recently (getting an instrument for a next to nothing). Guan has virtually given instruments away in the hope that he can encourage support for the appeal but from the recent Bob Burduwal campaign, raising just $43.50 + some small earnings from all the link clicking yet giving away an instrument worth over 10 times that is not doing what I think he hoped it would. On that basis I feel I need to do something else to even things out a bit and raise a bit more for the philanthropy appeal. So as I have now got an extra instrument I have put one of mine up for sale with the proceeds going back to the appeal. The mago is not going for peanuts but it is still a bargain with the money raised doing something useful.
