Every so often I look at all the instruments that have gathered here over a span of 15+ years and wonder where I'll find space for future additions. And every so often I do a spring clean and decide that they all must go. I'm in one of those moods at the moment.

So here's the first bunch of sticks, mago from different Western Arnhem Land communities and of various vintage. More will follow. Lots more... including old and new yidaki and special interest and historical instruments.

The bunch I've selected for this first offering has been played by Darryl Digarrnga and video footage will be uploaded to YouTube soon.

Best thing for interested people is that the price for some of these old sticks is cheaper than new sticks :D

Pic of 5 instruments below. You have to be subscribed to view images and other attachments in this Forum.

Nice! I am especially interested in the yidaki you will be "cleaning out" soon.
What is the best way to stay on top of this? This forum/thread?
