Hey Paul,

The short story is that Laga is stuck in a rut drinking himself silly every day, hence the reason for my trip away to go get him and restore some sort of normality to his life by bringing him back to Melbourne. But at the last minute, he changed his mind and decided he rather keep drinking and be stuck in that lifestyle, so that's was that, I wasn't going to try to keep putting the bandages on so to speak, only he can save himself.

I thought I'd give Elijah a chance to be an artist-in-residence as his family have been saying that he is very keen to tour and to perform, he has already been to France some years ago and is looking forward to more adventures.

Anyhow, so far so good, here are some pics of Elijah in Melbourne. His first time in this city (and state), his first time on a train, his first time at the MCG. It was a thrilling match on Friday night with last year's reigning premiers the Geelongs Cats playing against Elijah's team the Essendon Bombers. The Bombers were leading for a fair part of the game but the Cats outperformed them at the end.

Where has he been to in France ? Paris I guess ? Elsewhere too ?

It's a very sad story Guan! I wish I could help anyhow...
Please tell to Elijah lots of people all around the world would be fascinated to see him and listen his playing!
I hope we will be able to meet him in the very close future (perhaps at the end of may?!).

That's good ! I always feel sad when people from the other side of the world come to France and only see Paris.
Of course there's a lot to see there... but so much more in the rest of France too !!!
We've got some awesome landscapes and some old villages with plenty of nice & kind people.
