Hi All,
Im Maxi from Argentina. This is my first post. Im trying to make a eucalyptus didgeridoo my self. But I have a doubt about how to carve both parts perfect. I mean how to calculate the thickness of each side to match the parts exactly to stick?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Maxi
ps: attach an image to clarify my question. Please, do not laugh of my drawing and my engish hahahaha

Draw a line an equal distance from the outside of the stick (for example 1cm). Hollow out the two sides and glue together. It's really quite easy to do. Just give it a try.

Hope this helps.

Kyle

yes, thank you. But, I forgot say that the distance is not equal along the didj. I need more distance (like 1,5cm) at the top and less distance 0.7cm at the end (next to the bell). Let me know if it is possible or is better always use the same distance from the top to the end?
Thank you again!

It's up to you, just make accurate measurements and translate them to the other side. You could make a template of the bore out of paper or card on one side, trace the edges onto that half and then flip the template onto the other half.
