Heard about this a few years back, there's been talk of a major festival at or near Ramingining community where the full eclipse can be seen in its entirety:

Hi guys, I've been thinking we could maybe have a major "Meet the Stars" around that time, November 2012? Like solar eclipse, stars, just the play of words is enticing :D :D :D :D
